Parent Appreciation Confirmation

We’re so excited you decided to take advantage of our AHMA Parent Appreciation trial offer!

The complimentary trial period is valid 10/7/24-10/17/24. You may choose any 2 of the 3 adult class options each of those weeks. You should dress comfortably in pants (no shorts please) and a t-shirt and bring plenty of water. You may also want to bring a small gym towel.
